Belonging to a butcher family, Jafajul Ikbar camed on with family traditions.
Thanks to his expertise, he founded his first butchery shop in 1984 in Paris, starting point of an adventure that will give an international dimension to the company.
Then, Delice Ikbal knew a strong and steady in its activity of salting characterized by an increase of its production and an important development of its sale’s sector (wholesalers, retailers, etc...). In 1995, the company moved to larger business permises (1500 m²) in Pantin (near Paris, France).
Delice Ikbal gets approval EEC : FR 93.055.014 thanks to heavy work to get conform to French standards and the setting up HACCP method to control dietary risk (hygiene and traceability).
Delice Ikbal introduce in France a regulations to protect Muslim consumer’s rights, respec- ting strictly the elementary rules of Islam.
